why am I being told my icloud storage is full? I have plenty of GB on my iphone.

Hi there,


The storage on your iPhone is different from your iCloud storage. iCloud holds data not stored on your device. Your iPhone storage is the data that is directly stored on your device.


To check your iPhone storage:

“Settings”>”General”>”iPhone Storage”


To check your iCloud storage:

“Settings”>”[Your Profile]”>”iCloud”


You can manage your iCloud storage from this page also to see what is consuming a lot of your storage.
