Error with using caps lock to switch lang on ipad air

I am currently using Logitech K380 with my MacBook Air and iPad air

The problem is when I switch to another language from English using caps lock on Ipad (I am not sure whether the problem has to do with caps lock key itself or not), I can switch to another language but only for few seconds, and then it goes back to English again by itself.

I am not still certain whether it depends on the number of letters that I type or the duration since I change the language to get affected.

It works perfectly fine with Macbook and I don't know why
