i just logged off of my icloud and my photos are missing on my iphone, but now i want them back. what i have to do?

Log back in and turn iCloud photo library back on.

iCloud photos I logged out of my Apple ID on my iPhone and then logged back in. Then I saw that I had lost all my photos on my iPhone, I had about 4000 photos before I logged out, when I logged back in I only had around 700 photos left. Luckly all of my photos were saved on my iCloud. The other thing is that the storage of my photos on my iPhone is still the same. Backed up photos are gone! Hello guys. After i backed up my photos on icloud, in order to free my storage and sell my device i permanently deleted my photos on it. But photos on my other device also gone. Even in my icloud account they disappeared. How to restore my photos? Please help.
