Your information and photos are fine. Those messages are 100% nonsense, no exceptions. They are designed to scare you into downloading some useless app, or providing personal or financial information to the scammers. As Chris says, if you have provided no information, you are ok.

Go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts>...and delete the spam calendar.
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
Yes. Check there for unrecognized calendar entries. When you find it, delete it and the nonsense entries will disappear.
Then, do not be fooled by websites offering to “Send Notifications” or other such free offers.

If you did not click on any links, and your iPhone is not jailbroken, your data has not been compromised.
Please what? You have been provided the method to remove the calendar events. it is a spam calendar. Follow the directions provided to you.
Did you jailbreak it?
Did you allow someone that you do not trust, access to it at least 30 minutes?
If not, it is highly unlikely to be jailbroken.
