Accessibility options-commands-settings

My Accessibility options-commands-settings on my Ipad Pro & Iphone (11ProMax) keep resetting to different options/settings without ME changing ANYTHING. I have changed my password OVER AND OVER again, I changed my Apple Id name, my screen time password, my passwords to all my email accounts but it still happens DAILY! Just 2 days ago my home screen changed from my settings on apps in widget folders- they were all removed from widget folders and listed individually on my home screen on my Iphone but not my Ipad! I looked in my analytics and I see "things" I have not seen before "AmpIdService, frozen to swap pages, remotemanagementd, contactsdonationagent, photopicker, and MANY MORE. my Ipad and iphone are doing the "normal weird" battery drainage 1 minute they are at 80% next minute Im at 5%- my screen switches to landscape for "no reason" , my screen reboots, I get The "no gateway/server available" msg when trying to connect to internet or it "times out" because its taking to long. I have airdrop, hand off, share screen time, itunes, health, media and apple music, homekit, motion and fitness, local network, microphone, speech recognition, tracking, game center "turned off" . My gamecenter, itunes, network which i DO NOT RECALL EVER ACTIVATING(game center) "turns on" without me doing anything? PLEASE HELP THIS POOR SOUL AND STOP EVE FROM POISONING MY APPLES!!!
