I want to use an IR repeater RC extender with my Apple TV 4K unit. However, a close examination under all manner of lighting conditions does not disclose the location of the IR sensor. Can anyone out there in discussion-land provide the precise location of the IR sensor on the face of the 4K unit? Many thanks!!

For the 4K model, it is on the front on the left, about mirrored from the status light. (It is different for other models.)
