My other iPad will not let me log in. I also can’t turn it all the way off. I do know the correct password.

My iPad won’t let me log in. I do have correct password. It won’t turn off either.

Thanks for your prompt response. My problem has been rectified! I decided to use the charging cord on our other iPad. It charged quickly and shut off (I wasn’t able to shut it off before this). I then turned it on and was finally able to log in normally. I think the problem was in the cord. Even though I was at 52% charge, that must have been wrong. I hope this may help someone else. Thanks much for your time!
