365 Move Goals Award Badge has disappeared

I earnt the 365 Move Goals Award Badge using my Apple Watch Series 5 and it appeared on my watch and my iPhone XS. I shared the screenshot on a Facebook Group and showed a few people the badge on my phone as well. The next day, the badge was still on my watch but had greyed out on my iPhone. I have restarted both devices and both are running on the latest OS. I have not changed any time zones or dates/days and everything else is synced properly. Does anyone have any ideas why the badge would appear and then disappear? Aside from unpairing and repairing my watch, what else can be done? I'm concerned doing that might cause the badge to disappear from my watch.

Great troubleshooting ensuring your devices are up-to-date and to have restarted them.


If you're still having trouble, we do recommend erasing the Watch and then pairing again with the iPhone. Your awards and progress will be backed up. Take a look: Back up your Apple Watch


Just make sure your backup of your iPhone is recent. You can do this at Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > "Back Up Now"


If you back up to a Mac or PC, just be sure that your backup is encrypted.
