Green horizontal lines when using 1x camera.

I noticed the green lines when using the camera today. It's only when using the 1X camera and is present during the preview and on the picture. I've attempted a restore from backup as well as a restore as new and the lines remain present. I'm assuming this is going to be a hardware issue and I'm looking for guidance on next steps.
