Blocking SMS spam on iPhone

Hi! I get a lot of sms spam on my phone. But I can't block these text messages. The thing is, they don't have a phone number. There's only the name of the letters. I can only mute the sound of notifications from these senders. But I still keep getting a lot of spam. I'm not sure, but it seems that you can block this on Android. Is there a solution for iPhone?
