I cannot find option to delete Coronamelder app.

I want to delete the Coronamelder app (Dutch) from my iPhone, so completely remove the app, not only from my Home Screen. But I have tried everything, there is simply not an option to remove the app.

I can Remove it from my Home Screen, but it will stay in the App Library. When I go to the App Library and I press it longer to get the remove option, I only get: "Add to Home Screen" of "Share App".

Where is the "Remove app" which you get when you want to delete other apps?
