Beats Solo3 wireless - no audio on one side

Hi,

I have recently purchased Beats Solo3 wireless. Unfortunately, after few months of using them. One side stopped working (left speaker)

Is there any way how to fix this issue? I have tried to reset. Did not help at all.

The only way to use them is to plug the wire in. - Which is not why I bought wireless headphones.

Thank you

Hey there Jana819,

We understand your Solo3 Wireless headphones are only playing audio from one side when connected wirelessly. We'll be happy to help.

To begin, double-check the steps you used for the reset with this article: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones

Do that again if needed.

Also, it looks like you saw this page: Update the firmware of your Beats product

We do recommend updating the firmware if possible and you haven't already.

Finally, test your Beats with a different playback device. We want to fully isolate the issue to the headphones or the audio source.

If the issue persists, it might be hardware related. Contact Apple or have them inspected locally. Reference the two links below.
