High CPU usage with Stocks app

Any ideas why Stocks is hogging the CPU so much? It really slows my system down.

high cpu usage? i am seeing high cpu usage maybe twice a month. when i check the activity monitor, the two processes that are causing this are no longer in the list. everything else in the etre check report seems good. is this something i should be worried about? or is this normal?

Macbook air M1 cpu slowdown Hi, my M1 macbook air has had a sudden slowdown. It's so bad that safari tabs literally take 2 whole seconds to open and when I'm doing a "power intensive" task, like video editing, gaming, or doing a benchmark. It gets so slow that safari literally freezes, and opening a new tab takes 10 whole seconds.

Serious CPU slowdown problem which crashes Protools If any of you can help me interpret my Etrecheck results and maybe see if you can help find what the culprit is which causes my Protools DAW to crash from low CPU power. I will be forever grateful.
