Need a comprehensive guide to foreign language support on Apple products, especially iPad.

Is there a comprehensive guide as to the foreign language support on Apple products?

Using https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201794 as a guide to Apple foreign language support, the keyboards on this page look like those for Windows. They do not look like what I have on iPad, and they do not show the "alt" commands found on iPad.

Keyboards on the Apple Support page look a lot like the Windows keyboards, whereas I know my iPad keyboard layouts are different. Also, the iPad Bluetooth keyboard has significantly more (and different) extended character sets than shown for Windows or Apple (above).

Where can I find these additional documentations?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 2nd Gen, Wi-Fi

The layouts for hardware keyboards on iOS devices are the same as those found on a Mac. If you had a Mac, you could easily see all the possibilities (alt, alt shift) by using the Keyboard Viewer app. Unfortunately there is nothing like that for the iPad or iPhone as far as I know, nor has Apple produced documentation beyond what you have already found about its keyboards.

This site has some useful info about layouts for various languages:

If you have specific questions about the layouts for specific languages, I can try to answer them.
