Disable double-tap to zoom

Is it possible to disable the double-tap zoom feature on iOS14?

I've been unable to find a setting to disable it and the CSS based solutions that I've found do not seem to work either.

The application that we try to use on the iPads is a web app that uses the whole screen space, but should not scroll or zoom. Those iPads are used mainly for this purpose so it would be okay to disable it devicewide, but if possible we'd disable it only on our websites.

Thanks for any hints.

Thanks for replying, however that does not solve my problem apparently as everything you mention is already off.

If u check this page at the begining it says:

"In many apps, you can zoom in or out on specific items. For example, you can double-tap or pinch to look closer in Photos or expand webpage columns in Safari."

That double tap is what I need to disable
