My Apple TV gen 3 will no longer accept my iCloud and is stuck on the screen with Share home and settings. How do I get this resolved?

When you only see Computers and Settings on your Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation), then that means that it has no functional connection to the internet. (All the other icons would be retrieved from remote servers.) Restart both your router and the Apple TV to try again.
