App Store Issue

My grandma runs all of our accounts and bills on our phones, recently she had to file for fraud and get a new card and everything. Once that happened I had an invalid payment method because her old card no longer worked. But it also says my apple and itunes account have been disabled? How do I fix this?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
