Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

App store account said it was disabled and no longer lets me download anything

My grandma runs all out i phone accounts and bills, etc. Her credit card was the payment method on my phone. She had to file it for fraud because there was suspicious activity and her new one has not come in the mail yet. Once that happened my app store account said it was disabled and no longer lets me download anything, do i have to wait for her new one?

If your account got disabled because she filed for fraud it was because some of the charges she filed fraud for were on your account.


If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact Apple to be able to unlock it.
