Disabled Apple ID

My mother has an issue with her Apple ID becoming disabled in the App Store and ITunes, as it says everytime we tries to download something onto her iPhone. She hasn’t done anything other than remove a card from her profile, and we need her Apple ID to retrieve information from her apps.

It can't be enabled from your end. Tell her to click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
