Iim having a same issue. Whay can I do to fix it? I even send a report to facebook 2days ago but I didn't get the response. Hopefully you guys could help me

They still not respond on my report, Im just trying if there’s another way to fix it. Do you think it would be fix if im going to factory reset my iphone?

You could try that. Make sure you have a backup.
