Is there a way to adjust the Column width in mail for OSX Catalina?

Resize Columns in Mail after Catalina I need to resize the columns in my Mail so I can see the FULL name of the sender. Columns are no longer named in Catalina, I can only "sort by" but that still doresn't giver a full view. Maybe the "sort by" should at least resize THAT column so full names (people and organizations) are visible. How am I supposed to see the things I want easily?

How to customize message list columns placement and width in Mail under Catalina Just "upgraded" to Catalina from Mohave and lost the capability to reformat column placement and width for the Mail message list. I used to be able to do this under Mohave but cannot figure out how to do it with Catalina version. I do not like the default arrangement/format. Has the capability to change it been abandoned or buried somehow?

Revert to your previous OS or Upgrade to Big Sur if you need that functionality.
