buzzing static when i playback a track
, seems to only happen when its a loud instrument, any tips?

Hey there,
This can be a host of things. Anything from cable noise, a balanced cable not being fully connected to interface, CPU Processing, possibly plug-ins, and/or clipping. Try and isolate the event and make sure that all of your Volume levels are even on the digital mixer and the preamp from an interface if any.
