Office 2011 for Mac was retired in Oct 2017, and because it is a 32-bit application suite, it is disabled on macOS Catalina and later that strictly require 64-bit applications. If you are not using MS Office for document sharing with remote co-workers, then you can get by with the free 64-bit LibreOffice Suite as it is an MS Office superset, and will handle your existing documents.

If you are part of a remote workforce that is sharing MS Office documents, then I strongly suggest obtaining either the current Microsoft 365 (subscription) or Office 2019 for Mac (single-purchase) as not only are these currently supported by Microsoft, they also do not introduce any unique LibreOffice features that may not be in current MS Office products.
