Hello,


  1. Open the Mail App and select the “error” hyperlink in blue at the bottom of screen
  2. Follow the prompts


It’s usually related to password issue. If so, enter password when prompted. If that does not resolve the issue, ensure you are using correct password. If issue persists, contact your Email Service Provider
