Can't upload files on my macbook air

Hi there,

I have a new macbook air and i can't upload any files to online sites. It just won't allow me to open "browse files" - nothing happens. This has happened on two different websites now. I'm using chrome too.

Does this happen in Safari to the same two offending websites? If No - the issue is with Chrome.
