Can't upload files on my macbook air

Hi there,

I have a new macbook air and i can't upload any files to online sites. It just won't allow me to open "browse files" - nothing happens. This has happened on two different websites now. I'm using chrome too.

Why wont certain websites load until I restart my Mac? Same happens when uploading a picture This happens about 2-4 times a week and it is very annoying. I have a new MacBook Air laptop and with certain websites it won't load until I restart my computer, then the website loads just fine. It happens on only 1 or 2 websites that I frequent. Also, when uploading a thumbnail picture on my YouTube video, I'll click on the "upload" button and nothing happens. The folder doesn't pop up. I'll restart my computer, and finally the button works, the folder will pop open. Why is it doing this?

Can't open downloaded files on Safari Hi, I am unable to open downloaded file's in Safari from the downloads icon. It comes up with - Safari can't open the file - because no available application can open it. I can however go to finder - downloads - click on the file and it will open in it's app. So word document - word, PDF - adobe etc. I recently brought the new MacBook Pro, MI 2020 in December, macOS Big Sur 11.2.3. Help it is driving me mental!

Does this happen in Safari to the same two offending websites? If No - the issue is with Chrome.

It happened to me after upgrading to OS Big Sur. first for Safari then I downloaded Chrome and encountered the same issue. Tried clearing my browser and cache.
