Apple Books Dictionary

I took off all Dictionaries from iBooks, except the Apple dictionary, which of course is non-functional. How do I now restore the other ones? The little wheel with teeth does not come up.

Is there a way to avoid being interrupted by the dictionary prompt? Is there a way to deactivate the dictionary? I'm a writer, the dictionary interrupt me all the time with 'errors' and searches I would never ask to make (I know what I'm writing; Even if I use uncommon words); I tried to deactivate it, but it is 'necessary' for the system... Or should I have to install another Operative System to avoid being interrupted? It is giving me an amazing hard time. My OS is Mojave. Thanks!

Are you talking about the Dictionary app? That is where dictionaries are normally found (not in the Books app).

What is your MacOS version (Apple > About this Mac)
