I need your help please. I’m trying to add one of my contacts to my favourites but it doesn’t have the option of adding her phone number to call - only to message or FaceTime or email.
have I entered the contact incorrectly? It looks the same as all the others.
I’m using iOS 14.4

After you tap Add to Favourites after opening the Contact, three options will pop up.
Select the Phone section and select the Phone number. Watch the GIF below.
Thanks for your help. Very strange though... before I did anything, I just clicked on add to favourites and this time the number came up as well as those 3 options. Makes no sense 🤷♀️
