How to stop sharing keychain on my partners phone

Hi

I give my old iPhone to my partner, signed out and delated all my information and apps on the old phone. My partner signed in with her Apple ID and for some reason she had access to all my passwords. How do I turn this off?

I don’t think I have any sharing capabilities turned on.

Any advise would be appreciated.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Either she is using your AppleID, or your AppleID is still signed into iCloud on that device. That is the only way a Keychain can be shared as it is tied to the AppleID used for iCloud.
