Changing name in the invoice/receipt

I have subscribed to an app through the App Store. Is it possible to change the name in the invoice from the default user's name to another?

how can I change a name on one of my devices? somehow every time I order something from apple it always shows a different name, I don't know, how this happened or why but its so annoying when I try to pick the item at the store I checked my billing and profile name and everything is alright but when I order something that name always shows up as the person who ordered and going to pick it up!! very annoying

Probably not, it will just use the name on the card used in your payment information.
