how can I change a name on one of my devices?

somehow every time I order something from apple it always shows a different name, I don't know, how this happened or why but its so annoying when I try to pick the item at the store I checked my billing and profile name and everything is alright but when I order something that name always shows up as the person who ordered and going to pick it up!! very annoying
