Order details cannot be changed even in processing stage

So 2 weeks ago i ordered an ipad and today as i went to check the adress and the gift name it showed " Your order can’t be changed at this time. If you’d like to make changes to this order, please try again in a few hours." And i have been waiting for 8 hours now and nothing has changed .it is in the processing stage .. what should i do?
