Email suddenly stopped working
Help please. I’m with Bt.com and can’t send/receive email on iPad or iPhone but can on my laptop. Apple notification says password or username incorrect, checked and they are fine.

Hi, I have called BT and there is no problem there. I can access emails on my laptop but not on Apple devises.
