how do I install rosetta 2

I am trying to install VMware fusion on Mac M1 but its not getting power on and giving error. Do I need to install rosetta separately?

Right now, Parallels has a beta version which only runs the ARM64 version of Windows from Surface Pros. You need a Microsoft Insider Program account to get that.
