IPhone pro max back cover

Hi there

I made a purchase from Cyprus store and the back cover broke and when I took it to be repaired because it has a guarantee they told me that they do not repair it and they will give me another refurbished one and that is Apple's policy all over the word , is that true? Because us you now is not fair for someone that buys a a phone like Apple to give me a refurbished one.

I have a lot of products from Apple and I felt disappointed after that today

When check for the warranty ,It shows that it is expired.But it was mentioned 1 year warranty when i am buying this phone,Its been 2 weeks only. As of 2 weeks ago, I bought an I phone 8 from a store in Dubai. The back cover has detached and the warranty is showing expired. But when I bought this phone, 1 year warranty was specified. Its been 2 weeks already. It is obvious that the seller cheated me.

Guarantee for apple case Good afternoon! On the 9th of November 2020 I bought original case for iPhone 12, however after half a year I found it damaged in the two same corners. I attach the photos. Can I use one year apple guarantee to change my case or refund my money? Thank you in advance. best wishes, Vatan

refurbished i phone why refurbished i phone at third party store doesn’t have official warranty?how can i know if they repair sec hand devices themselves,repack,and sell as refurbished products?
