remove iwatch beta without my iphone

I recently installed beta version of ios and iwatch. I decided to restore my iphone and did factory reset to get rid of beta version.

Right after restoring my iphone, I turned on my apple watch and it was removed from my iphone. I tried to re install my watch but it say that my iphone should have the latest version of ios.

Is there a way that I can just reset my watch without my iphone? Since my watch is not installed to my iphone, I cannot do it on the watch app.
