Remove ''reachable at'' email addressed from Apple ID

I cannot remove the reachable at email addressed that I no longer use that are still associated with my apple ID. The support page said to go to settings and change it but you can't do that from your MAC nor your IOS device. Help!

You can't remove/change @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.
