I can't do screen recording with audio sound. I've tried many times to find out where the internal mic is but it seems hopeless. It's urgent, please help me if you know how to put it on, I use mac pro 2020 13" with intel chip.

We understand that you are not able to select the internal microphones as a sound source on your MacBook Pro as they are not available for selection in the Sound preferences. We would first recommend resetting the NVRAM and SMC on your MacBook Pro.

If you continue to have the same issue, restart the computer into safe mode and try again.

Thank you for the information. We would like you to got to the Apple Menu at the top left of your screen, Apple Menu > About This Mac > Overview > System Report > Hardware > Audio.
Do you have an entry there for Built-ion Microphone?

I really appreciate your solutions but they didn't work as expected. I still can't find an internal mic on my mac. I've installed the latest update on my mac. What's wrong with it? Does Macbook Pro 2020 with intel chip support do screen record with audio?
It's just an external microphone, it can record the audio but there are lots of parasitic noise.
