When I FaceTime, my screen is foggy.

What is foggy, what you are seeing from others, or them seeing you? Have you cleaned your screen for what you see? Have you cleaned the camera lens area for what others are seeing? Is anything else appear blurry when you are looking at things?
Generally it depends on the front camera that you (or your correspondent) are using (and on the quality of the screen and the reliability / speed of your connection).

The screen (iPad) is only foggy when I am looking at it when someone facetimes me or ai FaceTime them. I’ve cleaned everything. It is not foggy any other time.
