I just bought an iPAD. It will not connect to my wi-fi even though I have twoo laptops and a phone which say the wi-fi is fine.

i've bought an ipad. It won't connect to my wi-fi, even though the passwor is correct. It's the same password I use to connect my other devices to wi-fi.

iPad Air, iOS 12

Pay particular attention to the “Learn More” section for recommended settings for your WiFi network. You may find it necessary to find settings for your network that will accommodate all your devices.

If it happens only connecting it to your home wifi network, restart your modem-router and test again.

If it happens with ALL wifi networks (make a test), you might need to perform these steps:

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings, bearing in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected.
