Paid Subscriptions
I purchased a new iPad ( 2nd generation ), and set it up seprately from my old iPad. How do i get my paid subscriptions delivered to my new iPad while keeping them on my old iPad as well ?

In context of setting-up separately, I presume this is an indication of setting-up the iPad with a different AppleID?
All Apps purchased from the App Store, paid subscriptions and services are forever associated with the AppleID from which they were purchased; they cannot be transferred to, or merged with, another AppleID account.
You can however share much of your paid content, subscriptions and services with another AppleID by setting-up Family sharing. One AppleID becomes the Family Organiser, whilst others become Family members.
