I iPhone 12 pro max is disabled it’s telling me to connect to iTunes on the screen can you log into my phone number and unlock the phone I do not have access to iTunes

Sorry, but no. Nor can Apple. I suggest that you contact a friend or relative to see if you can borrow their computer. Alternatively, pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to assist you with this.
