2021 And Safari Still Saying "Problem Repeatedly Occurred"

Safari provides the message in the title. Usually starts with "reputable" news sites. This has been a problem for years, and Apple keeps saying to clear Safari history and reboot the iPad. I am using a Generation 6 iPad, iOS 14.4. How can I get Apple to address this problem with an acceptable fix? Clearing Safari's history and rebooting my iPad every time I read the news is NOT an acceptable solution.
