my watch won’t work without being connected to my phone? It’s cellular and is supposed to make calls even I leave my phone in the house, it’s supposed to work on it’s own without being connected to Wi-Fi etc,
can anyone help?
I have phoned and they told me to unpair from watch and iPhone ... reset... they changed the eid number and it still won’t work ?
has this happened with anyone else ??

Did you activate your watch with your cellular network provider?

Ohhh ... how do I activate it ? As I have reset it so thinking I would need to do that again as I set it back up as a new watch. It did work before but I can’t remember how I activated it
