I want to connect my apple watch to a cellular service the watch won't allow this
When I tried to connect to a cellular service the SEID number wasn't recognised ?
Has anyone else had this issue. ?

SEID is not what you would use for cellular connectivity. SEID is Secure Element Identified and is used with NFC.
To get your IMEI for your Apple Watch open the Watch App on your iPhone.
Select General.
Choose About.
Scroll to the bottom and you will see the IMEI.
