My phone (XS) updated yesterday morning (now has iOS 14.4.1) and now the screen vibrates and when shooting a video/movie using the camera function, is this something that has occurred as a result of the update? What can i do to correct this issue?

Thanks for the reply. Did you have a chance to restart your iPhone and test it by recording a video with an app besides the Camera app? If so, what happened? Also try removing the case and any accessories, along with using these guidelines to clean your iPhone: Cleaning your iPhone If the vibrating continues, close the Camera app then reopen it to see if the vibrating stops: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.

We understand that when you use your camera to record video the screen vibrates, so we'd like to help. Since noticing this behavior have you had a chance to Restart your iPhone. Sometimes giving your device a fresh start can resolve unexpected behavior. Also if you have a case on your iPhone, remove it along with any accessories that are attached to see if that helps. If the issue persists, reply to this message and let us know if this happens with other apps that have access to the camera, and if you notice this with the front and back camera or just one of them.

I’ve the genuine leather phone case that I’d purchased with the phone from apple and at this stage the rear camera only

Yes phone has been switched off then on again, phone case off and yes it still vibrates through the camera app and through Facebook video also
