iPhone 11 Pro camera glitch

I have had a reconditioned 11pro for a few days and have noticed that there is some kind of camera glitch going on. When using the camera indoors in daylight, the camera image appears to shudder whilst a crackling sound emirates from the rear cameras. It is like the cameras are trying to auto focus constantly. Is this a mechanical (hardware) fault or a software issue in iOS 15.5?

It is definitely not an iOS 15.5 issue.

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(2)  If the above does not work then - Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
