Headphone Port Not recognized and humming when I plug in my computer speaker in Headphone Jack
How do to trouble shoot this issue?
iMac 27″, macOS 11.2
- Make sure the headphones are plugged completely in.
- Try a different set of headphones or earbuds.

Click on the Sound Icon in the menu bar and make sure Headphones are selected as the output.

I do not have that option on my sound icon. It is missing.
