apple watch update problem

You may try a force restart! Like this

1. Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds.
2. When you see the Apple logo, release both buttons.

Or, on the Watch App on the iPhone, try to unpair and set it as a new Watch (this might take much longer, but it uses to work)

Try also to change DNS on the iPhone, maybe your ISP has issues connecting to Apple's servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 works fine)

Update from the watch itself.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
