I use different subscriptions via my Apple ID - some are for business use and some for private use. I would like to use different payment methods for the different subscriptions - is that possible?

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
No, except by manually reordering them before the payments come due, or using separate Apple IDs for each. If you have iTunes Store credit, it can't be reordered.

Is this not something that should be addressed by Apple? I can do this when I use Apple Pay. I guess I'll create a new business Apple ID for future use in the meantime.
